At TNS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed fashion items. If your new look isn't quite right, we make the process of getting a refund or exchange simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
